Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we are implementing the precautionary measures imposed by the nation to ensure the safety and protection of our customers.

Approximate delivery time:

– 2-3 working days to Switzerland
– 3-4 working days to EU
– 4-5 working days to other countries

Free delivery to Switzerland for all purchases above 50 CHF / 50 EUR.

Free delivery for all purchases above 140 € / 140 CHF to EU, EE, USA and Canada.

Only products delivered to Switzerland include Swiss VAT.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, taxes and customs duties may apply and are to be paid by the receiver.

Delivery is usually operated by express courier.

We take the greatest care in the packaging of your products so that they are protected for transport.

When applicable, you will be billed for the delivery costs of the items ordered. Costs are calculated individually according to destination and weight and are indicated before completing your order.

Gifts: If you send a gift, the invoice is never included in the package. We recommend that you include a personalized message as there will not be an invoice or other document indicating your name in the package.
