Driven by curiosity and a love for gastronomy, Elena trained alongside renowned master chocolatiers<\/strong>, refining her skills within a prestigious Haute Chocolaterie in Brussels. Her pursuit of excellence led her to Ecuador, where she immersed herself in the world of cocoa producers, experiencing every stage of the process, from tree to bar.<\/p>\n

Back in Europe, she further developed her expertise in a leading Swiss R&D center before becoming Head Instructor at the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne. Today, she leads Sweetzerland\u2019s Innovation and R&D department, creating exclusive chocolate collections that embody the brand\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n
